? ?表面质量
? ?1.球墨铸铁管件内外表面必须光洁，不允许有裂缝、冷隔、错箱等妨碍使用的明显缺陷，凡使壁厚减薄的局部缺陷允许存在，但其深度不得超过（2+0.05T）mm其中T为管体壁厚。
? ?2.球墨铸铁管件法兰备用轮廓清晰，不允许有影响使用的铸造缺陷。
? ?3.征得需方∞同意，不影响使用的局部缺陷可予修补，但修补后的管件必须重新进行水压或气密性试验。
Ductile flange
Performance requirements of Yuehan flange pipe:
surface quality
1. The internal and external surface of ductile iron pipe fittings must be smooth and clean, and obvious defects such as cracks, cold shut, wrong box, etc. which hinder the use are not allowed. Local defects that cause wall thickness reduction are allowed to exist, but the depth shall not exceed (2 + 0.05T) mm, where t is the wall thickness of pipe body.
2. The spare contour of ductile iron pipe flange is clear, and no casting defects affecting the use are allowed.
3. With the consent of the demander, the local defects that do not affect the use can be repaired, but the repaired pipe fittings must be re tested by water pressure or air tightness.

悦砂漠フランジ管の性能要求：
表面品質
1.球状インキ鋳鉄管の内外の表面は必ずきれいでなければならず、亀裂、冷間隔壁、間違い箱などの使用を妨げている明らかな欠陥があってはいけません。壁厚を薄くする局部の欠陥が存在することができますが、その深さは（2＋0.05 T）mmを超えてはいけません。その中のTは管体壁の厚さです。
2.球墨「鋳鉄管フランジの予備の輪郭がはっきりしており、使用に影響を与える鋳造欠陥があってはいけない。
3.使用に影響しない部分的な欠陥は修理できますが、補修後の管は水圧または気密性試験を新たに行う必要があります。
